If you created an account in Pahilo Paaila, you can permanently delete that account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to keep the app installed to request deletion.
Delete from the app (immediate)
- Open the Pahilo Paaila app and sign in.
- Go to Menu → Delete Account (also available from Profile).
- Read the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.
In-app deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your profile, personal data, learning history, and subscription records are removed from our systems.
Request deletion by email (without the app)
Send an email from the address registered on your account to privacy@pahilopaaila.com with the subject line Account deletion request. Include:
- The parent/guardian name on the account
- The child’s profile name, if applicable
- The registered email address
We will verify the request and delete the account and associated personal data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
What is deleted
- Account profile and contact details
- Learning progress and activity history
- Subscription records tied to the account
We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, tax or payment records) for the legally required period.
